We do not sell or trade information with list providers or third parties. We do use contact information to share news or upcoming promotions, but respect the rights of those who request not to receive such information.

Does ARTiSTiC-i use cookies?
Yes, we may use a cookie to streamline the login process, but we do not use cookies to track your web surfing. Our goal is to make ARTiSTiC-i a great experience for you.

If I upload an images is it public?
No way.  Like your personal information, your images are private and never shared or posted unless you choose to share them. ARTiSTiC-i will never use your image without your consent.  If we want to feature you or your image we'll contact you before ever publishing your work.

Will any of my personal information be shared with 3rd parties?
No. We hate spam as much as you do.  If ARTiSTiC-i becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Will this privacy policy change?
As ARTiSTiC-i grows, this privacy policy is may evolve. We will post any Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
